You can install the TANITA PRO software on another computer and also transfer the database so you can continue without missing data.

The step-by-step instruction with screen shots shows how to transfer the TANITA PRO database from one computer to a new computer, and how to activate the existing license on a new computer.

Note: The software license can be activated on one computer at a time, the license on the current or old computer must be deactivated before it can be activated on the new computer.

If the software license was not deactivated before installing it on a new computer, or before reinstalling the whole system, and the old software installation can no longer be accessed, please access your My Mobee Business Portal here: https://www.my-mobee.eu/home

In the My Mobee Business Portal you can manage your TANITA PRO license, deactivate it on the old system, and use the same license key to activate it on your new system.

If you do not have access yet to the Business portal, you can create a login and then manage the licence. The login must be created using the same data used to register the TANITA PRO software licence after purchase.
