System requirements

You need a Windows® compatible PC to use the TANITA PRO software without any problems.


Your system should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher, x64 (not compatible with macOSor ARM CPU )
• Processor performance/CPU at least Intel Core i3 of a current processor generation or corresponding AMD equivalent (x64-based processor)
        • Important note: ARM processors are not supported
• RAM at least 8 GB
• At least 5 GB free hard drive space
• Display resolution at least Full HD (1920 x 1080)
• Free USB slots depending on device type and number
• PDF reader for displaying printouts and digital user documentation
• Integrated Bluetooth: BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy),
        • at least version 4.2 recommended for all devices with Bluetooth communication

• You need an internet connection on the PC to install the TANITA PRO Software. If you need to install the TANITA PRO Software on a PC without any internet connection options, please contact us


• Software components required by the product – these are included in setup file: .Net Framework 4.7, MS SQL Server 2022 Express, Visual C++ 2010 redistributable x64
