When you don't receive the email reset password, often this email has ended up in the junk mail folder. Therefore, always check the junk email folder if you are waiting for a password reset email.


If the email isn't in your junk folder either, it might have been blocked by the email server (mainly for Hotmail/Outlook users) please follow the steps in your email account settings to put the sender of the password reset mails on the safe list:

 

  • Go to 'Settings' within your Hotmail/Outlook email account.
  • Choose Advanced Settings > E-mail > Junk E-mail.
    Select the option Safe Sender list
  • Add our app email address tanitaeurope@uhp.digital to the list and press Save
  • After this go back to the app and request a password reset again. You should then receive the password reset email in your inbox.
