With the serial number (SNR) and license code (LIC) of the software you can request a new personal download link from the software developer. You can do this here: https://gmon.eu/upd_en 

Within one working day you should receive an email with your new personal download link.

The licence codes (SNR and LIC) can be found on the CD or USB stick or in the e-mail you received after purchasing your licence. (It depends on when and where you bought the licence, whether it was in a digital version or on a CD or USB stick).

Note: If you no longer have the licence codes, the licence can only be restored if you registered the software in your name after purchase on the developers website. If you did not register the licence and no longer have the codes, the licence cannot be restored.
