You can return your webshop purchase within 30 days after delivery.

After submitting your return request, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to create your return label within 48 hours (on business days).

If you purchased your product via another platform or website (like Bol.com or Amazon) please check your account or contact the seller to get return instructions.

Please always ensure that your return meets the following conditions: 

- Product is clean and undamaged

- Product is packaged in the original TANITA packaging

- Packaged product is sent in a shipping box

Business and professional customers (classified by making purchases with a company name and/or VAT number) are excluded from consumer return rights and cannot return their purchase. Please contact our customer service (via [email protected]) and we will try to help and guide you with any queries.
