It is only possible to return products that are purchased in our web shop. If you have purchased the product at one of our retailers, please check with the retailer for their return conditions.

All products purchased in our web shop (tanita.eu, tanita.fr, tanita.de, tanita.nl, tanita.es) can be returned within 30 days after delivery.

In order to receive a refund or replacement for your product the return needs to meet the following conditions:

- Product is clean and undamaged

- Product is packaged in the original TANITA packaging

- Packaged product is sent in a shipping box

Business and professional customers (classified by making purchases with a company name and/or VAT number) are excluded from consumer return rights and cannot return their purchase. Please contact our customer service (via [email protected]) and we will try to help and guide you with any queries.
