When the product you purchased in our web shop is defect within the warranty period (please check: How long is the warranty period on my product?) it is possible to receive a replacement. In case you have purchased your product at one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly. They will help you with a replacement.
If your device is defect within warranty period and you want to receive a replacement send an email to info@tanita.eu with the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- LOT-number (6-digits on sticker on the back of the device)
- Clear description of the problem/ defect (preferably with pictures and/or video)
- Tell us where the device is stored (in what room)
- Send us a picture of the top and the bottom of the device
