If you have purchased your product in our web shop, you can return your product within 30 days after delivery. In case you have a problem with your device after that, please send an email to info@tanita.eu with the following information:


-    Proof of purchase

-    LOT-number (6-digits on sticker on the back of the device)

-    Clear description of the problem/ defect


We will then help you to solve the issue asap. If we can’t solve the problem and your product is still within warranty (check: How long is the warranty period on my product?), we will send you a replacement.
