We only have spare parts available for professional products that are still within support. Please check Which devices can be repaired? if your device is still within support.
For consumer products it is not possible to order spare parts. If you want to order a part for your professional device, please send an email to info@tanita.eu with the following information:
- Proof of purchase of the product
- Serial Number (8-digits on sticker on the back of the device)
- Clear description of the part (preferably with a picture)
After we receive your request we will send you the price and delivery time of the part.
