When there is a problem with your consumer scale it can show 'Err' or 'Error'. Most common causes for errors are:


1. The device is not placed on a completely flat and solid surface. 

Try to place your device on a different (completely flat) floor (no carpet) and see if the device works.

 

2. The batteries are running low

Taking batteries out and putting them back in will reset the device which might solve the issue. When batteries are running low this can result in issues with measuring. Please replace the batteries and see if that solves the issue. Please make sure not to use rechargeable batteries and replace all batteries at ones.

  • The model number of your scale.
  • Proof of purchase
  • LOT-number (6 or 7-digits, found on a sticker on the back of the device)
  • Clear description of the issue, if possible add a video
  • Picture of the full top and full bottom of the device
