If you need to activate the GMON software after (re)installing it, you need the license codes that you received after purchasing the software license. The license codes (the SNR and the LIC) are the actual product of your software license.

Depending on when you purchased the GMON Pro software license, the license codes and installation medium were sent to you on CD or USB stick or via email.

With your licence codes (SNR and LIC) you can request a new personal download link from the software developer for the most recent software version.

To do this, open the GMON Customer Administration, go to Help and click on Update / Registration, fill out the fields and submit the form.

You can also request a new download link here: https://gmon.eu/upd_en

After submitting the form you should receive an email with your new personal download link within one business day.

Please also make sure that you register your software license on your name in the GMON developers database, you can do this here: https://www.gmon.eu/reg_en

Note: If you no longer have the license codes, but you still have access to the activated GMON software on your old laptop, you can find the SNR in it and use this to request the matching LIC.

Open the GMON software, in the menu bar go to Help and then Information. In the screen that opens, you can see the SNR. Copy this, and then send an email to the GMON developers to ask for the matching LIC to your license. Here you find their contact form: https://www.gmon.eu/contact_en

Note 2: If you received the software license via email but can not find this email, please send us the order details (like the order confirmation, invoice) so we can try to find your software license codes for you. There is no guarantee we can find your license codes.

Note 3: If you no longer have the CD or USB stick or Email with the license codes, and you did not register the license, and did not write down or save the licence codes anywhere, and no longer have access to the old GMON Pro installation, so if you do no longer have the licence codes and have no way to find them, the licence cannot be restored.

If you are not sure if you registered the GMON license or not, you can reach out to the developers with your (business) details and ask them to check the database for the registration. You can do this here: https://www.gmon.eu/contact_en
