Our consumer scales are manufactured and shipped in one piece from our Global Headoffice in Japan. No additional spare parts are produced for our consumer scales and therefore cannot be sent to our service office in Amsterdam. Without available spare parts, we cannot perform repairs or maintenance on the consumer scales. 

Because we cannot offer this service, if the consumer scale is still under warranty, the scale will be replaced by a new scale.
