No, no more than 4 profiles can be created in the My TANITA Healthcare app. 

If you want to measure a fifth person on the scale, this can possibly be done in the scale's "guest" mode (please refer to the scale's manual for more information on setting up the "guest" mode). An unlimited number of people can be weighed in the "guest" mode, however, the measurement results cannot then be saved or viewed in the My TANITA Healthcare app.
