The DC-13, DC-360 and DC-430MA have an integrated thermal printer that prints the measurement results on the receipt.

This thermal printer prints with temperature and not with ink.

When the printer doesn't work, there are a few things to check:

- Make sure that a thermal paper roll is inserted in the printer. Thermal paper rolls are available here.

- When the paper comes out, but nothing is printed on it, please turn the paper roll around.

The thermal print only works on one side of the paper.

- When the paper roll is inserted, but no print comes out, please check the settings. In the manual of the device you can find a table with settings, and one of the settings allows you to determine the amount of prints you want to make (0, 1, 2 or 3).

- Make sure the printer cover is closed. If the cover is open, the device displays error "COPEn"
