Because the email with your CSV. form is an automated email, it may be that this email has ended up in the spam folder or junk folder. Please therefore always check these folders as well.
If the CSV. file did not end up in de spam/ junk folder either, log out of the app and then log in again in the app and request the CSV. form again. If you still have not received the email (also not in the spam folder), please send an email to email@example.com with answers to the following questions:
- Which phone/tablet model do you use (e.g. iPhone 13)?
- What version of iOS/Android does the phone/tablet work on?
- What version of the app are you using?
