Unfortunately, there are no spare parts available for our miniscale's. The miniscale's are produced as a whole piece and shipped from our headquarters in Japan to our distribution center in the Netherlands. This means that we unfortunately have no spare parts available in case a part is broken or needs to be replaced. 

Should the scale stop working and still be within warranty, please contact Customer Service. Please send the receipt, a clear explanation of the defect and pictures of the front and back of the scale. 

Please note that drop, impact, fire and water damage are not covered by the warranty. Warranty covers only technical and/or internal defects of the miniscale.
