When a problem occurs during the installation of the TANITA PRO software, the software may display an error such as:

'The mobee360 Setup Wizard ended prematurely'

'Computer needs to be restarted, please reboot your computer before performing this installation.'


If this happens, exit the software installation and open your computer's Windows Update centre and make sure all pending Windows updates are installed. After all updates are installed, restart your computer completely.


After restarting your computer, you can restart the installation of TANITA PRO from the beginning.


Make sure you install all the prerequisits as instructed by the software, and make sure you install both the Mobee360 module and the TANITA PRO module, as prompted during installation.
