The GMON software offers the possibility to send measurement reports to clients as PDF files, when there is an e-mail app with MAPI interface installed and setup on the computer. At this moment, there are many applications in many versions with MAPI support, not all of them have been tested and unfortunately not all of them work.

The GMON software does not offer an option to change any settings, and if the GMON software shows an error (like MAPI Error 2) when you are trying to send a report, it means the email app is not compatible and measurement reports cannot be sent directly from the GMON software.

A work-around for this is to download the PDF report of the measurement and send it via email to the client manually.
