When we receive the payment for your order we immediately start preparing the shipment so you will receive your product asap. Therefore it is not possible to change your order after payment. 

In case you have entered a wrong delivery address, please contact us directly so we can change the address before shipment. Please note that once your order is processed for shipment, we can't change the delivery address anymore.

If your order is already shipped and you want to exchange the product, the fasted way to get your product is to place another order. For your first order you can request a return (See here: How can I return my product?) and once the product is returned to our warehouse we will make sure you receive a refund for the original order.
